Kay Cremeens, actually “Inspector Kay”, kicked of inspections, coaching and consulting for our Superior Small Lodging Properties around the state in July, adding her top levels of expertise from years of serving as Les Clefs d’Or Concierge to these unique boutique hotels featuring 75 rooms or less.

resident Roberta Nedry was invited to serve as one of five national judges for the Distinguished Young Women of America Scholarship program in Mobile, Alabama in June. Interviewing and evaluating outstanding senior high school young women from each state was a formidable challenge. Participants are evaluated on their Interview, Talent, Scholastics, Self-Expression, and Fitness. Roberta and her fellow judges selected Dora Guo, from Illinois, as the Distinguished Young Woman of 2019.
Dora, won over $35,000 in cash scholarships as the winner, is attending Yale this year and will study Education Administration. The class of 2019 shared in over $130,000 in cash scholarships at the national level and more than $1 BILLION in college-granted scholarships by taking part in the DYW experience.

Pam Evans, Director of Training, delivered two sold out SUNsational Service classes for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitor’s Bureau this summer, continuing almost 20 years of destination-wide excellence classes to inspire outstanding service for every citizen and visitor in Broward County.
