Purpose of the program: To encourage the spread of 3D Service e learning training and certification throughout the world, extending the best guest experience management techniques to all venues where hospitality generated patient loyalty can drive increased revenues and profits.
Method: Affiliates earn a revenue share on all student fees paid to Hospitality Excellence for 3D service on line training. The revenue share ranges between 12% and 40% of per customer or per year revenues based on dollar volume. The goal is to encourage maximum volume of students.
How to become and Affiliate: Affiliates are qualified by a personal interview with HEI, and satisfactory completion of all currently available e learning modules of 3D service. Affiliates should have some experience in hospitality, customer service, education or training, but passion for service is the number one personal criteria.

- 3. Respond to e mail or call for interview.
- 4. You will be sent a discount code to take the course for 50% of the single student price—sign up and take the course with satisfactory completion
Note—the complete certification course is being delivered by June 2011—early students receive 2010 certification which requires continuing participation to maintain certification as new modules become available] - 5. It is permissible to have affiliates use others to assist and pay finders fees out of the affiliate share. Website student referrals are also tracked and credited to affiliates who advertise or have their own web site.

Affiliates are permitted to charge for their own local consulting separately and represent themselves as HEI Consultants for additional payment of $250 at beginning of each 12 mo. period. Local Affiliates receive a license to use the Hospitality excellence and 3D serfice marks on their biz cards and in advertising in addition to advertising 3D service e learning.
